Description

The first photo attempts to realise the impossibility of ice (with frozen coins) melting to create a cascade of wine pouring into a wine glass. I deliberately underexposed this image to suggest a dark intoxicating mixture of money and alcohol. In the second image, a tower, built on a grassy lawn sports a union jack while its reflection, in a mirror, appears as a mound of rubble with the white flag of surrender poking through. In a third image, a swinging pocketwatch issues in a hypnotic trance while an apple morphs into an onion which appears to have been bitten into. Finally, a doric column supports a cow and a spilt jug of milk. The phrases ‘no use crying over spilt milk’ and the Wonderstuff’s ‘building up my problems to the size of a cow’ came to mind in preparation for this photo.

Prices are per size. Prints are printed in-house. They are posted flat, in A3 and A4 envelopes with cardboard stiffeners. A notice, ‘Do Not Bend’ is clearly visible on each envelope. Prints come unmounted and unframed. Narrow border is minimum 15mm, wide border is minimum 40mm. Handwritten signature of artist on each print. The signature will appear within the border area of the print so as to appear when mounted. Prints are sprayed with Gloss/Matt UV spray for increased longevity against light.
